About Me
I am a qualified therapist based in Mountcharles, Donegal. My path to therapy was shaped by a career in Early Years education and many years as a Therapeutic Foster Carer.
These experiences gave me a profound, firsthand understanding of the complexities of childhood, the weight of separation and loss, and the resilience of the human spirit.

I have a special interest in Developmental Trauma and its long-term effects. This occurs when a child experiences chronic distress within their primary relationships. By understanding how our earliest environments shape our nervous systems, we can begin to address the origins of negative self-evaluations and the feeling of being disconnected from our true self.
My goal is to help you move from a state of survival to a place of thriving.
