Standard Fees

Counselling & Psychotherapy: €60 per 50-minute session

IFS & EMDR Therapy: €70 per 60-minute session

Accessibility & Payment

Low-Cost Support: I hold a limited number of low-cost spaces for local residents. Please enquire for availability.

Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Full fees apply to sessions missed or cancelled without 24 hours' notice.

Insurance: I am a self-funded provider. Many health insurance plans reimburse for sessions with accredited therapists; please check your individual policy.
